1. You desire to consult an experienced attorney on immigration matters.
2. You are asking a question or questions that do not fall within the scope of our Free Immigration Services.
3. Your case has already been handled by an attorney who is not working in this office, and you have some questions about your case.
4. Your case was prepared or done by yourself (Do It Yourself or DIY) or you intend to Do It Yourself or DIY, but you have a specific legal issue that you intend to see professional opinion on.
5. You are asking a "How to" question or questions that require our teaching or instructions on the applications that are not handled by this office. For example, you or your attorney is not sure about how to answer the questions on the application form or how to draft a requirement in the ad.
6. You are consulting on a case that is complex and requires considerable amount of time doing legal research or analysis.

If your case falls within any one of above six categories, you should be expected to pay some nominal fees for our service.
