Jeff is the founder and managing member of the firm.  He is licensed in the State of Georgia and the State of Tennessee.  He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a member of the American Bar Association.

Catherine joined our firm in 2013 and is an expert in non-immigrant work visa petitions and employment-based green card petitions.
Qian Zhao
Qian Zhao

Attorney

Qian Zhao received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Jilin University in China. She was also awarded her Master of Laws degree from Emory University. Qian joined our firm in 2017 and is handling employment based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including EB-5. Qian is a member in good standing of the State Bar of New York.

Jiarui joined our firm in 2014, and has extensive expertise in handling employment based and family based immigration matters, and ample experience in working with corporate clients and individual clients.
Andrea I. Gonzalez
Andrea I. Gonzalez

Andrea is a native of Mexico, she obtained a law degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guerrero School of Law in 2004 and specialized in taxation law before moving the United States. Prior to becoming an attorney in the United States, Andrea obtained Chapter 7 & 13 Bankruptcy experience by working as a paralegal on the Debtor and Creditor side for five years. Andrea graduated from UGA School of Law in 2016 and since then she has been working as an attorney specializing in real estate closings.
Timothy J. Burson
Timothy J. Burson

Expanding the services of Xie Law, Tim joined the firm in 2020 as lead litigation and appeal counsel. Tim received his law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law finishing in the top 25% of his class and receiving best examination awards in Civil Procedure. Torts, Real Property Securities, and Food & Drug Law. He competed and served as a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board through which he was a teaching assistant and instructor in Legal Bibliography and appellate writing courses. He served as an editor on The University's Law and Psychology Review. He was an officer of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society and an officer of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
