How many OPTs can I have? 2 Years, 4 Months ago  
I have already used one year OPT after my PhD. My question is:
Can I still apply for one more OPT after I graduate from a different progranm?
(I plan to go to a professional school.)

I think you do not have any OPT left. I suggest you ask your school International office about it.
