我是绿卡holder（EB２， ２００７。８年批准）。妻与儿子的I－８２４也于２００７。１２年批准。但是他们在国外。请问：
１。我结婚生孩子都在2０多年前，他们应符合跟随移民（FOLLOWING TO JOIN）吗？
２。跟随移民（FOLLOWING TO JOIN）需要等排期吗？
３。我妻子，儿子是按EMPLOYMENT BASED ２ND 还是按FALIMY－BASED ２A或２B办签证？
