H1B tranfer from the parent company to the subsidiary 1 Year, 11 Months ago  
I have been working for the parent company for the last 3 years and was told that from next month on, my payroll is going to be from the subsidiary. I'm working as a IT consultant and my client remains the same. It means that my job duties and location will not be changed. Do I need to have the subsidiary to file a separate H1B petition for me?
