Haochun (Avery) Ling is a licensed attorney in the State of New York and a member of the American Bar Association (ABA). She has a successful track record handling a wide range of cases in the field of immigration law, including employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant applications, as well as family-based immigrant applications. Attorney Ling offers her services to a diverse client base that spans multinational corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals from various backgrounds. Her current practice primarily concentrates on business and employment-based immigration (EB-1A, EB1C, EB-2 NIW), PERM, and non-immigrant work applications (L1/H1b/O1).
With the support of a full president’s scholarship, Attorney Ling completed her law school education and remains actively committed to public interest endeavors.
