Over the past 24 years, we have received numerous green card approval notices, but we do not often publicize our success cases.
However, we believe the first conditional green card obtained through an EB-5 investment immigration application filed under the new policy deserves to be shared. This was a concurrent-filing EB-5 application. The investor committed capital to a rural project and was an international student studying in the U.S. From the date we submitted the Form I-526E immigration petition and Form I-485 adjustment of status application to the approval of the conditional green card by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the entire process took less than nine and a half months.
Amid the current environment characterized by a massive backlog of applications and prolonged processing times, our ability to secure the conditional green card smoothly in approximately nine months without any delays is a testament to our work quality and, to some extent, good fortune. That said, this case does not guarantee that all our clients’ applications will be approved within such a short timeframe.
