The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) California Service Center (CSC) moved to its new location on August 12, 2024. The physical address is as follows:

All applications delivered to the California Service Center via commercial couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or other delivery services should be sent to the above address.
For applications mailed via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), please use the following mailing address:

Important Notice: The California Service Center’s previous mailing address—WS 13057 P.O. Box 10751, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075—will remain valid until September 30, 2024. A two-week grace period will follow this date; however, any mail delivered after October 15, 2024 will be returned to sender.
In response to previously issued Requests for Evidence (RFE), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), and Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), applicants may disregard the return address instructions stated on these documents and send all responses to the following address:
