We published an article titled "EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program: How Long Will the 'Dual Filing' Window Remain Open?" on the 14th of last month, in which we discussed when the "Dual Filing" window might close and speculated that it was highly likely to remain open throughout the first half of 2024.
The January 2024 Visa Bulletin, released recently, indicates that applicants eligible to file for EB-5 immigrant status within the United States may still concurrently submit Form I-526E and Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status) in January 2024. This allows them to obtain work authorization and advance parole in one step, followed by the grant of a green card thereafter.

We advise readers who meet the application criteria to prepare their immigration documents as soon as possible, and strive to submit their immigration applications via Dual Filing within January 2024.
